Do we have to also be a CX client to work with your marketing team?
No. The marketing team works standalone for clients who don't use our CX services. But the engagements where we do both are noticeably stronger, because the feedback loop between what customers say and what marketing ships is tight in a way most companies can't get any other way.
What channels do you specialize in?
Strongest at SEO/content, paid search, paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), and lifecycle email. We have working capability on YouTube, programmatic, and influencer. We don't do TV, podcast advertising at scale, or out-of-home. For those we'll recommend partners.
How is this priced?
Monthly retainer based on channel mix and ambition level. Paid media spend is pass-through (we don't markup ad budgets). Performance bonuses available on agreed KPIs. We share the full model on the strategy call.
Will my brand voice stay consistent?
Yes. Brand and tone guidelines documented upfront, sign-off required from your team on every piece of copy in the first 90 days. After that we earn the latitude to ship faster. If you don't have a documented brand voice, the first deliverable is one.
What if our existing agency holds the GA/GTM setup?
We've done this transition many times. We coordinate the handoff: account access, conversion-tracking validation, attribution setup, audience continuity. Most transitions complete in 2-3 weeks with no measurement gap.
How quickly will we see real results?
